Dasaradha R. Gude

Dasaradha Gude “GD” has been responsible for establishing one of the largest IP and ASIC design companies in 2014 in the form of INVECAS, which had more than 60+ IP titles and assets that were recently acquired by Synopsys, Inc. As a serial entrepreneur he has had immense success, having nurtured and led companies like Cute Solutions (acquired by ATI technologies), Virtual IP Group, Qualcore Logic, Pacific Semiconductors (acquired by Faraday), SoCtronics Technologies, and Ineda Systems Ltd. (acqui-hire by Intel). Apart from being a pioneer in the semiconductor industry in India for over 35 years of experience, he has created his footprint in academia as well to develop a successful VLSI & Embedded System Design Talent Development Model. With a prime focus on employment generation and quality engineering, he created a world-class team of 1200 engineers and led the development of the first fusion SOC, during his stint as Managing Director of AMD, India. From being recognized as one of the “Game Changers in Indian technology industry” by the Times of India, to being awarded the “Best-Run Company Award” for AMD by HYSEA between 2007 to 2009, he has won laurels on many fronts. GD has a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, A.P, India and a Diploma in Systems Management from Jamanlal Institute of Management, Mumbai, India.

Krishna Prasad

Krishna Prasad Pinapala, “KP” is responsible for INVECAS overall operations management. In this role, he focuses on operational effectiveness and efficiency, enabling decisions for agile functioning of the teams supporting the organization and employees. He coordinates actions among engineering, business, finance and management teams for business analysis, reviews and management information systems. He has over 37 years of industry experience of which a major part of 25 years was in VLSI and Embedded System Design domains, sharing the responsibilities for leading the technical teams in IP, ASIC and Embedded SW development and spearheading the engineering operations in building the organizations from start-up. Within this period, he served for 3 years as the Director (ASIC) in Handheld group of ATI/AMD at Hyderabad. Prior to joining semiconductor industry, he worked for 12 years in design and development of hardware and firmware for systems in Radar and Data Communication. KP holds a Master’s in Technology degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras in the branch of Electrical Engineering (Electronics).

Srinivasa Gutta

Srinivasa Gutta “Srini” is responsible for leading INVECAS world class design engineering teams across the globe and ensuring customer success through first pass silicon design. In this role, Srini, is instrumental in driving the vision for engineering organization to be best in industry, drive culture of innovation, technical excellence, customer focused and result oriented. Srini has more than 25+ years of experience in  managing and leading world class teams that developed entire product ranges for a variety of applications in Wired/Wireless Communications, Computing, Automotive and Mobile. With a wealth of knowledge in semiconductor product lifecycle from concept to production, and hands-on experience across all functional domains, he successfully executed on several key projects that were critical to the success of the organization. The products and system level solutions that he helped build with companies in USA and India have shipped in very high volume and generated multiple billions of dollars in revenue. Prior to joining INVECAS, Srini, held key engineering leadership positions at Lucent Microelectronics, Agere Systems, LSI, Advanced Micro Devices and Ineda Systems. Srini holds a B.E. (Electronics and Communication) degree from Osmania University, Hyderabad and M.S.E.E. from University of Texas at San Antonio. He also has 5 approved US patents and 2 IEEE publications to his name.

DVR Murthy

DVR Murthy is responsible for INVECAS Analog Engineering Vertical. As Vice President of the Vertical he is responsible for smooth engineering operations for Various Clients and ASIC/ IP development. He is responsible for ensuring profitability, development of revenue plan and defining business strategies for Analog Vertical. As the Analog Engineering head, he is also responsible for defining and updating engineering processes, standard methodologies and understanding different client processes. DVR has more than 25 years of experience in the semiconductor industry which includes leadership roles in customer interaction, Product Definition, IP design, IP Methodology, IP Quality and Customer Support. Prior to joining INVECAS, DVR held several key leadership positions at Silicon Image, Soctronics, Qualcore Logic and Hindustan Aeronautics Limited. DVR holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam, India.

Bhaskar Kolla

Bhaskar Kolla is responsible for customer engineering, focusing on customer success and providing optimized technical and business solutions. Bhaskar has more than 28 years of experience in ASIC design and Management roles. Throughout his career, Bhaskar has been involved in all the phases of ASIC design and a key contributor in taking several high-volume ASICs to production. Bhaskar has extensive experience developing Turnkey (Specification to Production) ASIC’s for Tier-1 System companies. Bhaskar is a co-founder of INVECAS and has been with the company since its inception in 2014. Prior to INVECAS, he held several key and pivotal positions at Faraday, Digeo (acquired by Arris), Epson and Serverworks (acquired by Broadcom). Bhaskar has a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina A&T State University and Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from National Institute of Technology (NIT), Kurukshetra, India.

Asim Salim
Vice President, Operations

Asim Salim

Asim Salim is responsible for manufacturing operations encompassing post tape-out areas, such as, package, product / test engineering, procurement, supply chain management, and quality. He brings 25 years of proven track record in releasing complex ASIC designs into volume production at leading foundries and Assembly/Test suppliers with focus on timely release to production (RTP), meeting yields, cost targets, and stewarding quality and reliability. Over his career, Asim has been responsible for shipping 500M+ units with low DPPM (< 50) exceeding consumer industry metrics by order of magnitude. Prior to joining INVECAS, Asim held operations, engineering and leadership roles at Open-Silicon, Oxford Semi (acquired by PLX/Broadcom), Centillium Communications, S3 Inc. and Quality Semiconductor (acquired by IDT). Asim holds a Master’s degree in Science (M.S.E.E.) from the University of Waterloo, Canada and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Aligarh Muslim University, India. He has published several technical papers in IEEE conferences and journals in the area of Semiconductor Devices.

Kandice D. Nguyen

Kandice Nguyen is responsible for growing and expanding INVECAS Sales and Business Development revenue vision and business strategies. In this role, she is responsible for managing all brands, distribution channels, and deployment of sales for the organization. Kandice is focused on developing and building the strategic sales plan for the company, with the goal of promoting sales growth and customer satisfaction for INVECAS. She has more than 25 years of experience in the semiconductor industry and a proven track record which includes quality, sales and business development leadership roles. Prior to joining INVECAS, Kandice held several key sales leadership positions at United Test and Assembly Center (UTAC), GLOBALFOUNDRIES, Chartered Semiconductor, Amkor Technology, and Photronics, Inc. Kandice holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology Engineering, with a minor in Business Management from San Jose State University.

Jason (Hongpeng) Wang
General Manager, INVECAS China

Jason (Hongpeng) Wang

Jason Wang is responsible for INVECAS China Operations and serves as its General Manager. He oversees overall operations, recruit staff and create budgets, along with new business development and region’s profitability. He has over 20 years of experience in various types of IC development, including, CPU, FPGA, Wireless SOC, Multi-media SOC, Foundation IP, Analog/Digital IP and ASIC turnkey design services. Prior to joining INVECAS in 2018, Jason held several key management positions at Lattice Semiconductor and Silicon Image. Jason received both his Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Electrical Engineering (M.S.E.E) from Tsinghua University, Beijing.
