Dasaradha Gude “GD” has been responsible for establishing one of the largest IP and ASIC design companies in 2014 in the form of INVECAS, which had more than 60+ IP titles and assets that were recently acquired by Synopsys, Inc. As a serial entrepreneur he has had immense success, having nurtured and led companies like Cute Solutions (acquired by ATI technologies), Virtual IP Group, Qualcore Logic, Pacific Semiconductors (acquired by Faraday), SoCtronics Technologies, and Ineda Systems Ltd. (acqui-hire by Intel). Apart from being a pioneer in the semiconductor industry in India for over 35 years of experience, he has created his footprint in academia as well to develop a successful VLSI & Embedded System Design Talent Development Model. With a prime focus on employment generation and quality engineering, he created a world-class team of 1200 engineers and led the development of the first fusion SOC, during his stint as Managing Director of AMD, India. From being recognized as one of the “Game Changers in Indian technology industry” by the Times of India, to being awarded the “Best-Run Company Award” for AMD by HYSEA between 2007 to 2009, he has won laurels on many fronts. GD has a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, A.P, India and a Diploma in Systems Management from Jamanlal Institute of Management, Mumbai, India.

Srinivasa Gutta “Srini” is responsible for leading INVECAS world class design engineering teams across the globe and ensuring customer success through first pass silicon design. In this role, Srini, is instrumental in driving the vision for engineering organization to be best in industry, drive culture of innovation, technical excellence, customer focused and result oriented. Srini has more than 25+ years of experience in  managing and leading world class teams that developed entire product ranges for a variety of applications in Wired/Wireless Communications, Computing, Automotive and Mobile. With a wealth of knowledge in semiconductor product lifecycle from concept to production, and hands-on experience across all functional domains, he successfully executed on several key projects that were critical to the success of the organization. The products and system level solutions that he helped build with companies in USA and India have shipped in very high volume and generated multiple billions of dollars in revenue. Prior to joining INVECAS, Srini, held key engineering leadership positions at Lucent Microelectronics, Agere Systems, LSI, Advanced Micro Devices and Ineda Systems. Srini holds a B.E. (Electronics and Communication) degree from Osmania University, Hyderabad and M.S.E.E. from University of Texas at San Antonio. He also has 5 approved US patents and 2 IEEE publications to his name.

Bhaskar Kolla is responsible for customer engineering, focusing on customer success and providing optimized technical and business solutions. Bhaskar has more than 28 years of experience in ASIC design and Management roles. Throughout his career, Bhaskar has been involved in all the phases of ASIC design and a key contributor in taking several high-volume ASICs to production. Bhaskar has extensive experience developing Turnkey (Specification to Production) ASIC’s for Tier-1 System companies. Bhaskar is a co-founder of INVECAS and has been with the company since its inception in 2014. Prior to INVECAS, he held several key and pivotal positions at Faraday, Digeo (acquired by Arris), Epson and Serverworks (acquired by Broadcom). Bhaskar has a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina A&T State University and Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from National Institute of Technology (NIT), Kurukshetra, India.
